So, as you have probably seen when you log in, FLAME has undergone a rank restructure. We now have even cooler names for ourselves (as voted on among the masters/officers) So lets take a look at what we have.



"Wow Caius! That's a lot of ranks!"

Yes, my child. It will all make sense soon.

Most of these ranks were put in to accommodate the amount of growth we expect to see in the coming months.

First off, a big thanks to Auric for taking the time to put these ranks together, as well as Boss for a great amount of input.

The big change here comes in the master group, in which we will be splitting the responsibilities of the masters. Please note that masters will not be losing privileges whatsoever, this is just to split up some of the work being done to run the FC. Administrative Masters will mainly be involved in performing the "backwork" of the FC. From Airship Management, to Guildwork, to Fund Management, and everything in between. The administrative masters will consist of Auric and Lynx. The community masters will be in charge of the "people" aspect of the FC. Creating and managing in game events, such as Map Nights or Alex Nights, as well as the moderation of FC chat, and things involving our housing and inter-FC events. From here, I must note again that this is NOT a demotion. All masters are on the same level in terms of privileges, and will still be responsible for our "basic" master tasks (buffs, running dungeons with younglings, recruitment, etc.). I will do my best to help with both sections to ensure things run smoothly.

Moving down to the officer section, officers will be split into two groups, with Akemenos Yura at the helm as Chief Officer. Yura will be responsible for all officers, as well as the promotion of them. From there, we have our senior officers: officers with more time/experience with the FC. These will be limited to 3, and the spots will be filled by Wat Even, Boss Clock, and Castiel Rigelus. The spots below them are the junior officers, which are the lowest management level, but are responsible for basic activities to keep the FC running. Currently there are only two junior officers (Zara and Flamingfer), and we are taking applications for this rank here. <<<

Finally, we have the member classes, which have been expanded a bit. Member ranks will be based on time with the FC, and basically is a homage to how long you have been with us. As you grow in member ranks, you will gain more privileges. Simple right? If you feel you have been with us long enough to warrant a promotion (ie: the periods in the chart above) let us know, and we will check.
