Friday Night Town Hall Meetings
Instead of the masters meetings we were having before, we have decided to make all meetings open to members of the FC. Come join us on Teamspeak Friday nights to discuss the current situation of the FC, upcoming events, and just to have a good time. For those who need it, the Teamspeak server is located at voice.gameservers.com:9298, and the password is "megaflames".
Boss Clock Becomes Master!
Welcome Boss Clock to the master team! After a unanimous vote at the town hall meeting on Friday, Boss has joined the master team. An expert among crafters/healers, Boss is one of the most knowledgeable people about this game, and is a great asset to the masters of FLAME (unintentional rhyme…).
Recruitment for November
I am happy to announce that as of November 30th, 2015, FLAME is sitting at 94 members, beating our recruitment goal of 85 members by the end of the month. FLAME has been around for two months as of December 3rd, and this shows that our members are dedicated to making us something great. Keep up the good work! The recruitment goal for the end of December is 115 members. (Side note: 62/94 of our members have been active in the last week. That is an AMAZING ratio)
Finance Corner
Lynx has been paid off, and the house is officially paid for! Our next use of the FC funds will be for buying an FC beach house! We're looking to buy a small house in Mist around Christmas (the housing purge takes place at that time), and use it as a second "vacation home" for the FC. Everyone will be welcome, and we will be hosting our beach nights at the new house! Want to help? Make a donation to the company chest!
Secret Santa!
As December begins, FLAME will begin its next monthly event, Secret Santa! The rules are simple. Beginning December first, simply let an officer/master know you would like to be entered into Secret Santa this year. You will provide a list of three items (each under 100k value, and they can be ANYTHING that falls under that restriction) that you would like to receive this year. Entries will be cut off on the 14th, and we will begin distributing names and lists. You will obtain another persons list, and need to get them one thing from the list. On December 25th, you will mail your person their gift, and receive one from the person that drew your name. Please, if you aren't going to buy a gift, don't enter. If you need help buying gifts, a Master/Officer will be more than glad to assist you. Happy Holidays!
Diadem Runs
Runs of the Diadem have come up a lot in discussion lately, and we have decided to begin organizing Diadem nights into our weekly schedule. Let masters/officers know if you are interested! We plan on running organized parties, and Auric Seagard will be putting together learning parties for those who don't know how to run it.
Map Nights!
As you all know, map nights have been one of our favorite nights during the week (we even had to split up our groups this time), and everyone wants to do them. Now comes the good part: as our debt is now paid off, all map drops are OPEN TO EVERYONE. Yes, you heard me right, that includes the Thavnarian leathers (usually worth around 50k) and silks (worth around 500k). All we ask is that you provide a map or two on your own (they are usually around 20k on the MB, and they pay for themselves easily). Come join the fun! Map nights are usually on Tuesdays.
